Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research (VJEMR) is a press office that performs the function of scientific research and theoretical study of the Vietnam Academy for Ethnic Minorities (VAEM), Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEMA). Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research was issued a license number 1421 on 31 August 2011 by the Ministry of Information and Communications and has international standard code ISSN 0866 - 773X. Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research is published periodically 04 times per year for the purpose of: Information on scientific research results in service of the formulation and implementation of policies for socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas; To provide a scientific and theoretical basis for agencies and organizations to consult and study in the process of formulating strategies, policies and activities of state management in the field of ethnic affairs; To create a forum for exchange of scientific and research information in the country and internationally in the field of ethnic and ethnic affairs. In order to ensure scientific standards and quality, all articles submitted to the Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research are subject to a rigorous, objective process by reputable scientists and experts. the industry leader in the field of ethnic affairs of Vietnam and the world.

            Editorial Board of the Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research respectfully invites units, organizations, individuals and scientists to write articles for the Journal according to ethnicity and ethnic affairs.

            The Editorial Board does not receive articles written incorrectly according to the rules of writing articles and articles published in other publications.

Submission Method: Contributors should submit their manuscripts in .doc or .rtf format. Each article is about 5,000–7,000 words long, with content summaries (both in Vietnamese and English) about 200-250 words and 3-5 keywords. All submissions are subjected to a blind peer review process and need to be presented in the following format (or downloadable the sample Journal's homepage).

Manuscripts that are not presented in the form will be returned to the author. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources, such us tables, drawings, quotes used in the article. This  applies  to  direct reproduction  as  well  as  “derivative  reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives  substantially  from   a  copyrighted  source). All accepted manuscipts, artwork, photographs become the property of the publisher.

Illustrations: For the illustrations submitted (line drawings, halftones, Photos,  photomicrographs, etc.) of the highest quality reproduction, contributors should follow these guidelines:

- 300 dpi or higher

- Size to fit on journal page

- EPS, TIFF, JPG or PSD format only

- Submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files

Tables and Figures: Tables and figures (illustrations) should be sent as separate files with a short descriptive title on each table, chart, and footnotes suitably identified below. All units must be included. Figures should be completely labeled, taking into account necessary size reduction. Captions should be typed, double-spaced, on the final page of the main document.
