Abstract


Culture is the spiritual foundation of the society, both the goal and the driving force for the development of the society. Culture has a profound influence on and affects all aspects of social life. It is one of the important factors that guide human activities towards Truthfulness, Compassion, and America. Culture also shows the nation's civilization level and is the identity of each ethnic group. Each ethnic group has its own cultural identity. Cultural identity is considered as identity card and identity card of each nation. Currently, our country is in the process of building a new culture - an advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity in the process of building a new countryside. Therefore, an important requirement in the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration is to select, preserve and promote the fine cultural identities of each ethnic group in Vietnam. Raglai ethnic minority make up a sizable proportion of the population in Ninh Thuan province in general and Bac Ai district in particular. Raglai ethnic minority have a long-standing culture and have a unique ethnic identity. The tangible and intangible cultural identity of the Raglai ethnic minority is both closely associated with religious beliefs and widely popular, has great power to dominate all activities of Raglai ethnic minority.

In the trend of globalization and internationalization, especially the explosion of the digital revolution in the field of information technology and Internet today, the issue of preserving and promoting traditional cultural values of the Vietnamese people in general and ethnic minorities in particular is a very important and urgent issue. Facing that situation, the conservation and promotion of the tangible and intangible cultural heritages of the Raglai ethnic group in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in the process of building a new countryside is now becoming one of issues are taken care of by the committees, local authorities.

              Today, modern life, all jobs are fast-paced, forcing people to choose less sophisticated ways of dressing, making Raglai people, especially young people, tend to follow Kinh culture. promote many good aspects, but make the culture of ethnic minorities fading. Many Raglai ethnic girls today do not know what their traditional hairstyle is. In addition, many other Raglai customs such as weddings, heavenly prayers, and celebrations will gradually fade away if there is no way to restore and preserve...The preservation and sustainable development of prices The tangible and intangible cultural values of a nation are of a very important significance, urgently needed and need special attention of managers in social fields including education.

         Over the past years, with the investment of the State, the province, the district, the local organizations and individuals, the work of education to preserve and promote the national cultural identity of the community Raglai people in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province have achieved some encouraging results such as: raising community awareness about the importance of conservation education and promotion of the identity of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Raglai communities. The identity of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage value in language; religious practices; customary law, custom; festival; costume, jewelry; folk games; architectural houses; Performing arts cultural activities...are preserved and developed. However, it is easy to see that in recent years, in the process of building a new countryside, the culture of local Raglai ethnic minorities has gradually faded. Therefore, the continuation of theoretical research, the current situation and solutions to improve the quality of conservation education and sustainable development for the Raglai community is a very important and urgent issue. The authors of the presentation have deeply studied the status of conservation education and promotion of the identity of Raglai ethnic cultural heritages in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province, from which proposing solutions for tissue building education model to preserve and promote the cultural heritage identity of Raglai ethnic minority in a sustainable way in the process of building a new countryside in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in the current period.
