Aims and scope

Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research (JEMR) is a press office that performs the function of scientific research and theoretical study of the Vietnam Academy for Ethnic Minorities (VAEM), Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEMA). Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research was issued a license number 1421 on 31 August 2011 by the Ministry of Information and Communications and has international standard code ISSN 0866 - 773X.

Journal of Ethnic Minorities Research is published periodically 04 times per year for the purpose of: Information on scientific research results in service of the formulation and implementation of policies for socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas; To provide a scientific and theoretical basis for agencies and organizations to consult and study in the process of formulating strategies, policies and activities of state management in the field of ethnic affairs; To create a forum for exchange of scientific and research information in the country and internationally in the field of ethnic and ethnic affairs.
