BUILDING THE URBAN CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT IN VIETNAM IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND

Abstract

Implementing the process of industrialization, modernization and urbanization in the construction and development of the country, Vietnam's urban system develops rapidly and strongly, impact on promoting socio-economic development, increase GDP resources for the whole country's economy, highly competitive in national, regional and international socio-economic development. In addition to the positive achievements that have been achieved, environmental issues and building cultural environments in urban areas are posing challenges that need to be studied seriously, especially in the context that the speed of urbanization and industrialization is taking place strongly in Vietnam today. Based on the research of the Party's orientation and the system of normative documents related to the construction of a cultural environment in urban areas, the article suggests some orientations and solutions to contribute to building a cultural environment in the context of smart and sustainable urban development is really meaningful in the current context.
