THE AWARENESS OF DEVELOPING A COMPREHENSIVELY STRONG “EXAMPLE, REPRESENTATIVE” UNIT OF THE SOLDIERS IN THE GRASSROOTS UNITS OF THE PEOPLE'S ARMY OF VIETNAM

In order for soldiers at the grassroots units of the Vietnam People's Army to successfully complete the task of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” unit, the awareness of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” unit of soldiers at the grassroots units has an important position and role. This is the basic premise to help the military's activities of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” unit go in the right direction, ensuring close unity in goals, content and implementation measures; directly deciding the quality and effectiveness of the task of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” unit. Faced with the new requirements of the task of developing and defending the Fatherland, the task of developing the Vietnam People's Army as “revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern”, focusing on raising awareness of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” unit among soldiers at the grassroots unit to improve the quality of developing a comprehensively strong “Exemple and Representative” grassroots unit is an urgent issue today
