SOLUTIONS TO IMPLEMENT TRAINING AND RETRAINING POLICY FOR YOUTH IN TAN PHU DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY

Tan Phu district is a suburban district of Ho Chi Minh City, but it also left behind many historical, cultural, architectural and artistic relics as well as revolutionary “red addresses” marking the heroic feats of the army and people of Tan Phu in the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism. During the development process, Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh city always pays attention to implementing the policy of training and retraining the youth in the area, considering youth training and retraining to play a very important role in equipping knowledge and skills for the youth, contributing to the socio-economic development of the district in the current period
