Abstract
Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee identified industrial development as one of the important breakthroughs for the province's socio-economic development in the period of 2010-2015. Based on a thorough assessment of the impacts of the world and domestic situation, natural conditions, socio-economic conditions and the province’s industrial development status before the year of 2010, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee proposed a policy of industrial development in a fast, effective and sustainable direction. That is the foundation for the achievements in directing industrial development of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee in the period of 2010-2015
