ASSURANCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN VIETNAM TODAY - SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Ensuring the comprehensive development of human rights is always a very important content in the cause of the revolution, the Party and the State of Vietnam. This article helps to clearly identify some reactionary forces as well as some of the arguments they use to oppose, distort the views and policies of the Vietnamese Party and State on human rights issues, especially for ethnic minorities and mountainous people. At the same time, the author also points out the achievements in the fields of socio-economic, political rights in ethnic minority and moutainous areas during more than 35 years of renovation of our country in order to refute the false claims on human rights issues against the Vietnamese revolution in the current context.
