Abstract

In the current trend of integration, digital transformation and development, human resources play a very important role in the development and existence of an enterprise in the market economy. Therefore, every business must pay attention to the quality of its human resources. The first factor to ensure quality human resources is recruitment. If the recruitment is successful, the enterprise will have a good resource to ensure its development and be able to compete with other businesses. In fact, there are always difficulties when recruiting human resources, from basic tasks to strategic issues, requiring employers to find ways to overcome to improve the quality of human resources. The article has outlined difficulties in recruiting human resources in the digital transformation period and some solutions to overcome.
