DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AT CENTER FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS, VIETNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

The teaching staff and developing the teaching staff have an important position and role in determining the educational quality of universities. Over the years, the Party and State have always paid attention to and cared for the teaching staff, considering it a decisive factor to improve the quality and promote the development of education. This article focuses on analyzing the current situation of developing physical education lecturers at the Center for Physical Education and Sports, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City to have an important basis for the University to gradually overcome its limitations and promote existing strengths to help the teaching staff of physical education be sufficient in quantity, improve in quality, synchronize in structure and perform well the tasks of teaching and scientific research and sport movement throughout the system at this training institution in the current context.
