VIEWS AND GUIDELINES OF THE VIETNAM COMMUNIST PARTY ON THE ETHNIC ISSUE AND SOLVING THE ETHNIC ISSUE IN THE INNOVATION PERIOD

Abstract

Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country, the Vietnamese community of 54 ethnic groups has always united and stood side by side in the cause of national construction and defense. Solving the ethnic issue is an important issue in the revolutionary cause of our nation, directly contributing to promoting the strength of the whole nation in national construction and defense, for the sake of a rich people and a strong country, democracy, justice, civilization. The article focuses on clarifying the development of our Party’s thinking and awareness on ethnic issues and solving ethnic issue in the new period; from there, proposing some solutions to effectively implement the Party’s views in the new conditions.
