DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNIC MINORITY CADRES IN THE NORTHWEST PROVINCES TODAY - SITUATION AND SOME ISSUES POSED

Abstract

Over the years, our Party and State have always paid attention to and prioritized development investment for the Northwest region in all fields. Therefore, along with the general development of the whole country, over the past time, the Northwest region has achieved very important achievements in many fields such as hunger eradication, poverty reduction, economic growth, education, culture, health care, social security, national defense and security, foreign affairs... The achievement is thanks to the significant contribution of the cadres in general, including the ethnic minority cadres. Ethnic minority people in particular and are considered as a central and decisive factor.
