ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES REFORM IN VIETNAM’S NON-PUBLIC UNIVERSITY SYSTEM

Abstract

Administrative procedures are sometimes seen as an important link in the country's administrative reform, because the subject performing administrative procedures and the subject participating in administrative procedures are closely related. to people, to the rights and interests of the subject performing administrative procedures. Therefore, there have been a number of authors and studies on administrative procedures. However, in the field of education and training, where millions of people are studying and researching, every day, every hour, they have to carry out administrative procedures. Although there have been a number of related studies, especially administrative procedures in non-public universities have not had any research topics. Therefore, this article focuses on researching administrative procedure reform, in which the implementation of administrative procedures in the system of non-public universities in Vietnam is focused.
